Shipping and delivery policy
1- The order is delivered within the geographical borders of the Sultanate of Oman according to the period specified by the shipping company.
2- Topaz Sweets Store is not responsible for damage resulting from the shipping process.
3- Any delay in the shipment delivery date due to the transportation company is considered outside the responsibility of the Topaz Sweet Store.
4 - Topaz Sweets Store does not bear responsibility if the shipping company is unable to deliver orders to rugged, desert, mountainous or difficult-to-reach areas.
5- Shipping and delivery may not be possible if the purchase order is submitted two or three days before the event during holidays and events.
6- In the event that the order is returned by the shipping company to the store due to:
The customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company, repeated postponement, or an error in the data contained in the bill of lading indicated by the customer before completing the order, then the customer bears the cost of shipping the order again.
